Hello

My name is Angela Caraballo and I am an emerging mental health professional currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health at Liberty University. I am a second-semester Counseling Intern and I hold a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification. Anglea's passion is, "If I can help children understand and learn how to manage their emotions at a young age it will help them to be better adults."

My Story

Angela's approach to counseling is deeply client-centered, emphasizing empathy, active listening, and collaborative goal setting. She integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help her clients develop coping strategies and foster resilience. Her warm, compassionate demeanor and unwavering commitment to her client's well-being have made her a trusted and respected figure among her peers and professors.

From a young age, Angela exhibited a natural empathy and keen interest in understanding human behavior, which led her to pursue a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Program from Liberty University. During her undergraduate years, she actively participated in various research projects and community outreach programs, honing her skills and gaining valuable experience in the mental health sector.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Angela is an advocate for mental health awareness and education. She volunteers with local non-profits to organize community events and campaigns aimed at reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues and promoting access to mental health resources.

Anglea has a passion for working with adolescents and young ages. She is a therapist specializing in treatment for children and she coaches basketball at two local high schools. She is determined to help children see that there are genuine people outside of their household willing to help them through life's difficulties. Anglea's passion is, "If I can help children understand and learn how to manage their emotions at a young age it will help them to be better adults."Schedule your initial session today!
